Shipping policy

shipping time and rates
we currently ship within the united states only. every item is made after you place your order, and most orders arrive within 7-13 business days in total. business days are monday to friday, not counting holidays, and day 1 is the business day after you order.

standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.99, and it's free on all orders over $89.

delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. weather, carrier delays and holidays can add a few days. during busy seasons, especially november and december, orders can take a few days longer, and larger orders may need a little extra time.

tracking and multiple packages
you'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. tracking may take a day or two to show updates.

different products are made in different places, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. you'll get tracking for each package, and there's no extra shipping charge for split shipments.

addresses, delays and lost packages
please double-check your shipping address at checkout and include a phone number, which helps the carrier reach you if there's a problem. if you spot a mistake, email us right away. once your order is in production, we can't change the address. we're not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned or lost because the address was incorrect or incomplete, and these orders aren't eligible for a refund or replacement. see our return, exchange & refund policy for details.

if your package hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date in your tracking, please allow 3 more business days, as small delays happen. still nothing? contact us at cozybluesky@cozyblueskycreative.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and if it's lost in transit we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
