where do you ship?
we currently ship within the united states only.

how much is shipping?
standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.99, and it's free on all orders over $89. your exact cost shows at checkout before you pay.

how long until my order arrives?
every item is made after you order, and most orders arrive within 7-13 business days in total. business days are monday to friday, not counting holidays. during busy seasons like november and december, it can take a few days longer.

how do i track my order?
you'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. tracking may take a day or two to show updates. if you can't find the email, check your spam folder, then email us at cozybluesky@cozyblueskycreative.com.

why did my items arrive separately?
different products are made in different places, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. each package has its own tracking number, and there's no extra shipping charge for split shipments.

my package hasn't arrived. what should i do?
check your tracking link first, and allow 3 more business days after the estimated delivery date. if it still hasn't arrived, email us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

orders and returns

can i change or cancel my order?
orders move into production quickly. email us as soon as possible with your order number. we can only make changes if your order hasn't gone into production yet. once it has, we can't change or cancel it.

what if i entered the wrong address?
please double-check your address at checkout. if you spot a mistake, email us right away, but once your order is in production we can't change it. we're not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned or lost because the address was incorrect or incomplete.

what if something is wrong with my order?
if your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. we'll review it and make it right with a free replacement or a refund.

can i return or exchange my order?
because every item is made after you order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color or change of mind. please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

how long do refunds take?
approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank. if you'd prefer store credit, let us know.
